  • About the role

    Join our multidisciplinary team of OT’s, speech pathologists, physios and AHAs who work collaboratively to support children from birth to adolescence. Depending on your interests and experience, your caseload may include children from 0-16 years of age with developmental, neurodevelopmental, neurodivergent or general childhood presentations, with opportunity to develop skills in:

    • Equipment prescription, AAC and other assistive tech

    • Running group and community based program

    • Supporting children with their everyday routines and ADL’s.

    • Parent coaching and education, delivering workshops, and more

    You'll deliver therapy in our bright, family-friendly clinic, and work collaboratively to support children in homes, schools, and community settings — wherever support matters most.

  • You'll be joining our collaborative team of OT's, speech pathologists, physios, and allied health assistants who support children from birth through to adolescence.

    Depending on your interests and experience, your caseload may include children with developmental delay, neurodevelopmental conditions, neurodivergence or a range of general childhood presentations. You may work across clinic, home, school, and community settings,

    Experience in paediatrics, while beneficial, is not essential. We regularly support therapists transitioning into paediatric practice and provide structured mentoring, supervision and professional development to help you build confidence and clinical depth.

    Your work may include:

    • Supporting children with movement difficulties, gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and everyday participation

    • Equipment prescription and assistive technology (with support and training)

    • Parent coaching and education

    • Running group or community-based program

    • Working closely with families, educators, and other professionals

    • True flexibility: Full-time — your hours, your life, your rhythm

    • Smart scheduling: Dedicated time every day for prep, admin, and reflection

    • In-house mentoring: Senior SPs + highly experienced Team Leaders who genuinely have your back
