Welcome to Move and Play, we are a multidisciplinary paediatric allied health service.

We work with and support the whole family, so that children and families can thrive in their local community. We are locally owned and locally run.  We are from the community, and for the community.

Therapy Programs

We offer occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy and/ or combined multidisciplinary programs to help children work towards their goals.

Braver Than You Think

BOOK

Written by Move and Play’s owner and principal physiotherapist, ‘Braver than you think’ is a book to help parents of children with disability. Filled with clear information, practical advice and strategies, and case examples to help you learn from other parents and children, Braver than you think will help you develop the confidence that you can make good decisions about your child’s care, and that ultimately you can help your child to lead a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life.
